Pulled pork, baked beans, and southern coleslaw are layered together to make these Barbecue Sundaes. My husband was in Texas last month and he tried a barbecue sundae in a restaurant there. He described the meal to me, and I couldn't even imagine it. I had to recreate it as soon as possible for myself.
Let me tell you that this meal is spectacular.
I sighed after the first bite and I didn't stop taking bites (while standing at the kitchen counter!) until that jar was empty. I'm not even kidding you. I liked this meal so much, I made it again the very next night.
