It's that time of year! Summer is coming to an end, and the routine of life is returning. School work, martial arts practice, library days, and Lego club keep us moving in my household this time of year. Ever notice that when life speeds up one of the easiest things to let slip is healthy eating habits? One way that I try to keep my children making healthy food choices is to plan simple and fun lunches.
Whether your kids are off to school, or at home, I hope these ideas make it easier for you to provide yourself and your kids some easy and healthy lunches. In an effort to keep my kids trying new foods I play with lots of different types of veggies and dips. Everything is more tasty when you can dip it, right?
