Sunshine, fantastic food, spa days, and time spent with friends is a perfect combination for a getaway weekend! The lovely FireSky Resort in Scottsdale hosted TSRI's Sizzling Summer Retreat and it was fabulous. Chad and Donna from The Slow Roasted Italian coordinated everything and they did an amazing job with it all; from a beautiful location, to fabulous food around the clock, to a wine tasting and food pairing, spa visits, and time at the pool. We talked and ate and laughed and then ate some more; the whole weekend was wonderfully relaxing.
